Samaná Soul presents the Yúcahu Men’s Retreat, a transformative experience in the Samaná Peninsula, Dominican Republic. Designed for men seeking healing and connection, Yúcahu combines nature-based activities with a supportive, inclusive community.

Limited to 12 participants, this intimate retreat offers a high-value journey in Samaná’s stunning jungle, fostering profound transformation through evidence-based practices.

Immersive Accommodations:

Open-air treehouses immerse participants in Samaná’s jungle, promoting stress reduction and mindfulness.

  • Daily morning beach work outs

  • 7am morning jogs & sprints in the sand, group squats & push ups, jumping jacks & more, we start every day moving the body & getting our blood pumping around the body & our hearts beating, we push each other as a group, sweat out the toxins before returning to the lodge for a giant ice bath

  • Transformative Activities:

  • Guided hikes over rugged terrain, river wading, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, natural medicine sessions, camp fire sessions, deep cave meditations, sound bell therapy, group sharing deliver deep healing, labyrinth walking meditations, motivational speakers visiting, drum circles & throwing axes
