WARRIOR’S BREATH
Breaking the chains of past wounds
ITS BETTER TO BE A WARRIOR IN A GARDEN
THEN A GARDENER IN A WAR
Warrior’s Breath
Warrior’s Breath is a powerful retreat by Samaná Soul, crafted for veterans carrying the heavy weight of their experiences, set deep within the untamed Samaná jungle. Through sacred cacao ceremonies, intense breathwork sessions, and grounding journeys along rivers and ancient trails, this retreat offers a space to release burdens, face inner battles, and reclaim resilience.
Breathwork guides veterans beyond the mind, allowing them to access and process deeply held trauma without needing to relive painful memories through words alone. It calms the nervous system, releases suppressed emotions, and creates clarity and peace within. Combined with natural medicines, these practices can dissolve barriers built by years of survival mode, opening the heart to forgiveness, acceptance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Veterans unite as a tribe, forging unbreakable bonds through raw, honest rituals and shared stillness. They leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to carry their purpose forward – no longer defined by their past, but empowered by it.
What is a cacao ceremony
A cacao ceremony is an ancient ritual rooted in Mesoamerican traditions, where cacao (pure, unprocessed chocolate) is consumed intentionally to open the heart and deepen connection to oneself, others, and the natural world.
Participants gather in a sacred circle, often guided by a facilitator.
Intentions are set individually or as a group, focusing on what each person seeks to release, heal, or welcome into their life.
The cacao is prepared as a warm drink, often with spices like cinnamon or chili, and blessed before drinking.
